1. Job Title: Field Applications Engineer/ Senior Field Applications Engineer

Job Description:

• Understanding customer requirements and developing technical solution for customers

• Updating latest supplier product technologies to promote to customers

• Following up with customer from design to production, resolve technical issues and optimize BOM cost.

• Establishing and maintaining customer relationship

• Managing FAE team and developing strategies based on company direction

Job Requirements:

• Technical degree

• Must have knowledge about electronics components and hardware design

• At least 1-2 years’ experience in Electronics hardware or firmware design. Fresh-graduate is also welcome.

• Travel as required by business strategies

• Relationship building skills are also extremely important

• Knowledge of the Electronic Distribution industry and team leading is a plus

• Strong organization, communication, presentation skills.

2. Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer

Job Descriptions:

• Interfacing with assigned customers, connecting with EPI resources to archive revenue goals and customer satisfaction

• Updating latest supplier product technologies to promote to customers

• Handling quotations, sales contracts

• Establishing and maintaining strategic relationship with customers

• Developing sales and marketing strategies based on market analysis and company direction

• Exploring new customers and business opportunities

Job Requirements

• Technical degree

• Knowledge about electronics components and hardware design

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in Electronics hardware or firmware design

• Good English communication

• Travel as required by business strategies

• Relationship building skills are also extremely important

• Knowledge of the Electronic semiconductor distribution industry and team leading is a plus

• Strong organization, communication, presentation skills.
