HOLTEK announces the release of its 5V wide voltage for the HT32F542xx series
The Holtek HT32F54231/HT32F54241/HT32F54243/HT32F54253 devices are high in performance, low in power consumption. It is a type of 32-bit microcontrollers based around an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ processor core. The Cortex®-M0+ is a next-generation processor core which is tightly coupled with Nested Vectored Interrupt Controller (NVIC), SysTick timer and including advanced debug support.
The expansion of the operating voltage range of the above MCU lines makes it suitable for most electrical devices such as rice cookers, air fryers, smart door locks, washing machines, etc., as well as a variety of other electrical appliances.

- Single VDD power supply: 2.5 V to 5.5 V
- 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0+ processor core
- Up to 60 MHz operating frequency
- Up to 128 KB on-chip Flash memory and up to 16 KB on-chip SRAM
