TOSHIBA Expands MOSFET Series SSM6K804R

By using a new process, TOSHIBA launches the SSM6K804R series of MOSFETs. This MOSFET is widely used in automotive devices to protect against reverse polarity, overload, and used in DC-DC converters… 

Benefit: 

• With Gate-source voltage of 4.5 V, the maximum resistance of this product to low resistance is 18 mΩ, which can reduce power consumption. 
• Its flat-lead package pins increase chip mounting capacity and reduce heat resistance. 
• The TSOP6F package reduces the mounting area by about 70 % compared with Toshiba’s SOP-8 package products. 

Features: 

• RDS(ON)=18 mΩ (max); VGS=4.5 V 
• Meets AEC-Q101 Standard
